Hello All!

I am getting ready for an event (cupcake and wine tasting) and I plan on having a two-tiered cake dummy. I want to do mostly buttercream on it. Is that possible? Are there any tips, tutorials, etc available??

Thanks in advance!

Just skewer the dummy tiers to the cardboard to hold them still while you spread on the bc.  Other than that, it's just like real cake.

Yep, just like doing a real cake except it's super light and will move around on the board unless you anchor it.  I usually just used a big glob of b'cream -- if possible do that a day or two before working further.
