A dear cake decorator friend is travelling to Chicago in the first week of March. She is pretty good and would like to pick up some advanced skills - we did try googling but nothing other than the Wilton School popped up. Any leads please?

Google "baking classes chicago il" tons of stuff comes up plus Google "culinary schools Chicago il' -- check each one for their pastry program and check their calendar for visiting chefs and special classes open to the public -- as well as competitions too just for the sight seeing possibilities -- there's loads of opportunities -- have a blast!
