Hi everyone!

Okkk.... So, I need to bake a banana cake for tonight and I bought 2 containers of cream cheese frosting to put on top. As I was digging through my fridge I found a pack of cream cheese that we bought last week and didn't use. I was just wondering if it would be okay and taste good if I'd mix that cream cheese with the icing. Thanks in advance!

If the cream cheese is unopened I would go ahead and use it.  I would add it a bit at a time and keep tasting it.  Cream cheese frosting from a can is pretty sweet but you don't want to overwhelm it with the cream cheese either.
