im trying out a new decorating style tomorrow. The cake I'm making is lemon/lavender would this taste ok with a white chocolate ganache? The tutorial I watched the lady said she always covers her cakes with ganache, but my thoughts were that I may be too many flavours? I need advice from experience bakers :)
It may be a bit sweet, but it would work. You could change the ganache to an Italian Meringue buttercream. It would stay quite neutral in flavor and not compete with the lemon and lavender.
