I made a sheet cake and covered it with cream cheese frosting.
I put it in the fridge and now the icing is very hard and will not smooth at all.
I tried the foam roller and wax paper - it looks terrible -
Help - how to rescue this didaster!!
I always smooth the frosting once I put on cake before it has a chance to crust or get hard. I am sure someone here will have the answer of what to do. Maybe once it gets to room temperature it may be easier to smooth out. Good luck!!
