I don't think it's allowed, but I'm sure some people on here can help you figure out where to look! By the way, these forums are international, so chances are slim that someone in your area would see the ad anyways. You could try your local culinary school maybe?

I live in Dubai and I have no problem getting professionals from abroad the thing is culinary schools here has not that much talents
