Hi everyone, need help and advise


Client wants winding road cake ,2 tier in fresh cream, is it advisable to try ? 


Please  guide .

Does she want it to wind around the cake, or just back and forth on the front of it? I think that around the cake would be easier with two tiers.

I just saw the "fresh cream" part...I don't know what that means, but you should be able to carve a regular stacked cake in a spiral using a bread knife and markings on the cake to show where to cut.
