I'm new here and it's my first time posting a question :)
I work from home in baking/decorating cakes, cupcakes...etc. I have a lot of Christmas cookies orders and I would like to start working on them soon but i don't know how to store them and keep them fresh till Christmas.
I'm baking sugar cookies and gingerbread cookies, gonna cover both of them with fondant.
What's the best way to store them? Should I freeze them while they are covered with fondant?
