I can't get any of the forum pages to load.  I just get an error message, and the Start a Coversation button.  I see on the Home page links to the newest posts, and can go to those, but I can't load any of the forums themselves.

Yes,  more so messages. Keep receiving error 500

We may be facing cake forum withdrawal.    Yesterday I called a Wilton Discussion Forum friend in another state because the Wilton forum is currently broken.  Now the CC forum is broken.  Sadly, my laptop is also broken.  Maybe I should actually read some of my many cake decorating books....

I keep getting the 500 error as well. And I constantly get logged out every time I leave the site for some reason, and its getting annoying.

Same for me - can't see all the forums and I'm getting a 500 error - plus I'm getting logged out too. So frustrating!

Now I can get decorating, sugar work, and spanish forums to load, but not the other, or the "all" link.  Only can get to this thread from the email notifications that I have replies.

Had same problem yesterday but today it seems everything is okay. I love to read my cake books and cook books so yesterday I read them too.

Spoke too soon because I just got the error message!!

All my messages have disappeared :( Keep getting a 500 server error. Have contacted support, but haven't had a response back as yet.

I too have to keep logging back in every time I leave the page... I thought that problem was fixed a long time ago...

I would have responded sooner to this post, but the 500 error prevented me from getting to it... 

That at least on my end seems to be fixed...

Now everything but "Business" and "All" are working for me.  Those still give the error.

Can't access my messages, various other glitches.  no response from support yet to my e-mail.  Sigh.  Just not like it used to be.  

@Rohini  I wouldn't expect a reply back. I've used the "help" button several times and never heard back from them.

Totally dead for me since Friday.

Thanks for the info SweetShop5 ! I guess I can stop holding my breath waiting for a reply then :) Hopefully, they'll get things up and running soon!

I guess I spoke too soon... The only forums I can access this evening are the lounge and decorating... the All and Business sections are unavailable to me...

And I still have to log in every time...

Today I seem to be able to get into everything except Business and All.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue, but adding additional photos to the gallery doesn't work for me. 

they are continuing to work on it i'm sure -- i've seen it all cleared up a couple times too -- did everyone contact support about it by clicking on the help? button up there on the purple banner -- they don't always see these posts

I haven't been here for a year or so and the whole format of the forum looks different. Can't seem to easily search within it as I could last year and prior.

Used to be a section where I could view rated recipes. Can't find that either.

As to the "don't expect much [response]", yes, unfortunately this too has been a pattern of response by the owners/designers of CC over the past 5 years for different issues.  Surprisingly, we did get a response on one of the recent problems by Heath (CC owner) on another thread in the Lounge:

Heath states  they were unaware of the problem or the 500 Error because it all seemed fine on their end.  He also asked that people press the help button. 

Why in the world would they take a great website and cause it to be so unfriendly to the user?

If adding anything to websites, aren't they supposed to be improvements?
