How do you find out estimated foot traffic for events, fairs, festivals you will vend at? I've searched and searched online and cannot usually find out. Sometimes you can contact the fair organizer but sometimes they don't even know! Seems like they should. What do you do then to determine amount of product to bring? I'd rather not wing it.

The organizers have to have some idea...Ask them if they have data from previous years. If they say they don't you could find out the names of businesses who were there in the past so that you can call and ask them about how busy it was. Sometimes the organizers will exaggerate attendance, but the other vendors will tell you the truth about how many people were there!
