If I bake the cake pops (I have the silicone mold) and make a few by scratch aka hand, can I store the prepared non dipped pops in an air tight zip lock bag and freeze them for about a week. Then take them out, let them thaw and proceed to dip them in the melted chocolate and design? This will be my first time ever, doing cake pops so any additional tips will be gladly appreciated!
