Is anyone having problems with DH chocolate cake mixes sinking? I use the WASC recipe and have for 2-3 years and recently they are sinking.
Are you adding extra dry mix now that the boxes are lighter?
Since they went from 18.25 to 15.25, I always measure out 3oz. for a single batch [one mix batch] or 6 oz. for a 2 mix batch. Haven't had any problems.
Back when the WASC cake recipe because popular I tried it multiple times...no matter what flavor I tried, it sank in the middle!
