Hello there! 

I own a wholesale/retail bakery, it's basically a big commercial kitchen and a consultation room where I meet up with brides, no store front.

Unfortunately I really don't do much retail, I would say only 10%of my business. I mostly sell baked goods and desserts to coffee shops, grocery stores and hotel so I was looking for ideas on how to improve the retail side. I was thinking about setting up a newsletter to send with promotion, new products, recipes.. 

does anybody do that? Any tips?
