I have a client that wants an 8" cheesecake for her and groom with a 12" white/strawberry cake stacked on top of a 14" dummy cake. They also want 175 cupcakes. My question is, can I cover a cheesecake in fondant and stack on top of the 12" or can I cover it in buttercream and stack it? They really want fondant.
