Hi guys

Can you tell me what size cake tiers are used for the cake attached? I think it's a 6, 8, 10 inch tier. Not sure of the height.

Also do you know if any tutorial exist on how to attach peony to cake? I look all over and nothing specifically showing how to position the flower into the cake.

6inx6in 8inx3in and 10inx5in the height is just a guestimate! But the size of the tiers are correct! :) And you should just be able to make the peony to a flower base and floral wire and stick it right into the cake!

Thanks  for the info pastrypet. Very interesting read. I don't live in the U.S. and in my country we are not very strict when it comes to food safety in terms of utensils used etc. I guess its because incidents of severe allergic reactions are very minimal. Gosh you should hear about some ingredients used in remedies that my great grandma would swear by...and she lived well past 90+ years LOL. But thanks anyway :)
