Making my first ball cake. I'm definitely not going to do it all in one day. I'm thinking that I'd assemble the ball halves and ganache it, then fondant it another time. Maybe the next day.
Is there anything different about thawing a ball cake or thawing the "Durable Mix" recipe that I found on this site?
