I want to bake but without fat (butter or oil). I want to use my homemade applesauce as a substitut for the fat.
If I use applesauce shall i use the same amount to replace the fat ?
I will love if anybody has some recipes without butter/oil, but with applesauce.

do you do avocado? i haven't played with it myself yet but it's 'sposed to be real good in brownies but of course it's got fat but it's the good fat -- it replaces the butter
