How long is it going to be? You'll need to build a support hat raises the truck off of the cake drum and has supports under the wheels. If you put styrofoam blocks under the wheel areas that might be enough if it's short, but if it's long you might need to use another support in the middle unless the board you use to make the platform is stiff like a real board. Don't use cardboard, it's too flimsy...Real wood, corrugated plastic board or foamcore would work depending on how big the truck body is.
