Hi guys,

I don't know if you can help me, point me in the right direction or whatever. I'm doing an assignment as part of my Degree and thought I'd do it on the cake making industry... 

I am really struggling to find anywhere that could provide me statistics for the following:

- How many bakeries (including home bakeries) are there in the US, UK and AUS independently. 

- How much the cake making industry is worth in those locations?

I'm guessing I can't find the information because quite frankly, no such information has actually been collated? So forgive me if that is the case! Just thinking if anyone is going to know where I can find that stuff, they're likely on this site! xx
