Hi everybody,

I'm looking for a picture frame tutorial and can't find anything.

May be someone has an idea how to place a frame on top of 2 tier cake and secure it?

I guess I need some type of construction for the frame. Would love to hear your opinions. Thank you.

If the frame is edible you can use chocolate , fondant, candies. I make a thin base from white chocolate to place on top of the cake . You can "glue" the frame to it with chocolate or get a mini pic holder , the three legged ones, and hold it. Also if you have a firm base you can "hang" it from and ornament holder.

I have used peppermint stick, pretzels, or straws to prop photos up.

For the size, I am visual so I would do a mock up of frame sizes on to of the cake pan to see what you like.

If its not edible it can be made with anything from popsicle sticks to raffeta .

You could also dip a large pretzel stick in white chocolate and sprinkle it with glitter, then poke it in the cake behind the picture and secure it with a dab of chocolate.
