I have two cakes crumb coated and settles. I took out of fridge today to ice and put fondant on and stack. The lady changed the delivery day to Sunday instead of Sat. I don't want to do fondant and stack now until Sat later. Can I put the cakes, covered back in the fridge?
From what I understand, Liz Marek bakes/crumb coats her cakes Thursday for a Saturday delivery. So you should be ok if you wrap them and refrigerate them until tomorrow.
