Im making 4 dozen cupcakes and 2 dozen cake pops for baby shower on sunday.
Im making 2 dozen carrot cupcakeswith creM cheese frosting, 2 doz angel food with whipped cream frosting, and lemon cakepops.
She needs to pick them up sunday morning at 930 or 10.
What order should I make everything?
Im thinking cake pops day before and cover/wrap and store at room temp?
The cupcakes themselves the night before and store/wrap at room temp.
And the frostings in the morning before she comes and store in the fridge in my cupcakes boxes.
Are you decorating the cake pops or just a straight smooth dip? I agree on your order and your timing sounds fine if you do these often. I personally would do the cake pops a day earlier to give myself more time to decorate and then for the cupcakes.
Cake pops are just a straight dip and sprinkles. I think I'm going to be ok doing them the day before.
