Hey everyone! So I recently received an order for this cake:
They need to serve 15 people. I said I would go and calculate the price, and it would probably come to around $40, since I charge 2.75 a serving for fondant cakes. The customer said this was fine. Well because I don't already have a sphere pan, I would need to order one online. I decided to charge $50. The customer hasn't replied yet, but do you think this is a fair price?

You could charge way more for that cake. The detail that is involved will take longer than you think. How many servings does the round pan create?
