I am making my friends wedding cake which will be three tiers of horse shoe shaped cakes - does anyone have any tips for covering a horse shoe shaped cake in fondant that isn't the usual circle or square shape? Thanks :)

 Can you do paneling.

Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by paneling?  I am planning to use fondant to ice the cake with.  I am not an experienced cake maker - more of a hobby for me.

Paneling is where you cut a piece of fondant that covers the top of the cake first and then with a second piece of fondant you cover the sides.
