I was given a crate of tart apples. I froze some blueberries last month. So my question is can I add the blueberries frozen, straight from the freezer to the apples, or do I need to thaw the blueberries first?
You should be fine as long as you account for liquid (add cornstarch or flour). The blueberries are so small they'll thaw out and cook before your apples do.
