I've got two types of chocolate I want to trial for chocolate ganache so only want to make a small amount of each. If I have 200g of chocolate how much cream do I need?

It depends on the use for the ganache.  What will you be doing with it?

To cover a cake. I believe the ration is 2:1 chocolate to cream am I Right?
