Help! Been asked to do a wedding cake in white choc. fondant and I am nervous. Anyone have experience with this? The cake will be outside in the heat. I am needing a good recipe. Thanks in advance for any help!!!

7cups marshmallows,4oz melted white chocolate, 1tsp vanilla, 1tsp butter extract
This is from cake central. I haven't tried it.
I would consider a white chocolate extract or flavor added to your trusty fondant.
Or modeling chocolate
