I am new on the site and would like to learn more details of decorating and baking , sell cakes for a while and I need help , I confectionery and I'm studying English, if one is wrong please correct . Thanks

Welcome and where are you from?

This site is great for specific questions, but not with  the broader request of "Teach me how to bake!" or "HELP!!! I am selling my first wedding cake.  How much do I charge?  What recipe should I use for the cake and frosting and how do I stack a cake?"  That kind of thing historically doesn't fly well here.

A good place to start is the search box in the upper right hand corner.  Type in your topic of interest and it will take you to the pictures in the gallery.  Click on the "Forum" button and it will take you to the topic.  If you still can't find your answer go ahead and ask the question.  There is much to read, good luck!
