Hi. Does anyone have the recipe for a good coconut IMBC? I would prefer one that does not have the shredded coconut added to it as i want to frost a tall 6 inch 6 layer cake and qant a smooth finish all around. Will garnish with it after on top only.
Ive heard Susan G Purdy's recipe is very good. If anyone has that one as well and can share i would appreciate it.
Just use your basic IMBC recipe and flavor with cream of coconut (like coco Lopez) and coconut extract. That's what I use.
