Hi! Does anyone have experience with this product? I purchased a 5 lb bag from Webstaurant Store and the instructions say to use the 5lbs with 40oz of water (which translates to 40 fl oz or 5 cups - I used both a scale and measuring cup.) I have a 5qt mixer so I did the math and used 2lbs of mix with 16oz (2cups) of water. IT IS VERY VERY RUNNY, unlike the consistency of any other cake I've baked. The bag says it's just a guide and some adjustments could be necessary, but this seems like it needs a LOT of adjustment. Anyone?

update. I just filled my PAPER pans with the batter and they started dripping right through and onto my hot oven floor. It's been 2 minutes and my home now smells like burnt cake. I moved them onto a cookie sheet and am going to try baking like that. HELP!
