Hello! I'm just wondering if anyone is willing to share their cake recipes in where the cakes rise a lot? I'm going to be teaching some friends how to bake and decorate cakes, and given their beginner skill level, there will probably be a lot of failures. Since flat cakes will be really difficult to decorate, I need a recipe that will rise well and have miminal amount ingredients.
