Flour: Keith Giusto Central Milling, Petaluma CA
Sugar: C&H pure cane
Almond flour & paste: Mandelin, San Luis Obispo, CA
White Chocolate: Valrhona (seriously, no other brands compared!)
Dark Chocolate: Valrhona and Callebaut
Coco Powder: Valrhona
Fondant: Massa Ticino
Butter:
-high butterfat: Strauss Family Organic, Vermont Creamery, Kerrygold
-standard butterfat: Tillamook
Baking powder: Rumford
Vanilla extract & paste: Nielsen Massy
Gel food color: AmeriColor
Olive Oil: Arbequina, Olive Press Sonoma, CA
Spices: Whole Spice, Petaluma, CA
