i'm strictly a "from scratch" baker but i got the big box of krusteaz proffesional moist white cake mix a while back and to my surprise, it was great. now i have a whole lot of white cake mix but a friend requested a chocolate cake for her birthday. my question is, has anyone ever tried to add cocoa to the krusteaz white mix? if so, how do i go about ratios? this mix is not like the standard white cake mix which only needs water rather it calls for eggs and oil as well. i have cocoa powder but no chocolate to melt. any suggestions? thanks in advance!
