Hello,

I am trying to recreate the font from this schwinn bike head badge - actually recreating the entire head badge on cookies (see below).  I'm piping the background using flooding and layering.  The lettering is a real hurdle for me.  Any thoughts on how best to mimic it or does anyone know of any cutters that are similar -  if small enough I could do the letters in fondant.  Or is my best bet doing a template and just trying to pipe over it?

Any thoughts would be very helpful.

I use a projector. Not a copycake but a small compact one that is easy to set up and doesn't take up much room. Cost less too!

Print out the lettering, cover with wax paper, trace letters with a thick R I and then fill in.  Let the letters dry and when you're ready peel them off the wax paper and place the letters onto the flooded cookie background while it's still wet.

Pastrybaglady - thank you for the advice.  I'm going to give it a try and see how well I do.
