First off, new to cake central so thank you all in advance for your patience and help. I am a pastry chef and work at a country club, I make cakes every day but never have to travel with them. A close friend of mine has ordered a cake; 5 tiers. The venue is literally 5 minutes away. Can I travel with the 5 tier cake fully assembled to the venue? I use the Sps system for support.
Id like to have it fully assembled as two of the tiers are done in gold disco dust. I'm aware of the weight and will have an assistant and cart available. Is this too risky?
