I've never done gluten free before and I am making a cake for someone. They gave me a box mix that they wanted me to use. I have to make a lot of regular cupcakes. I wanted to do some baking in advanced.  I wanted to freeze the gluten free cake. Does it matter that it is gluten free? Will freezing it mess it up somehow?

I find freezing gluten free actually helps the texture.

great! Do you freeze it the same as you would a regular cake? I just double wrap it in saran wrap. would that work?
