Hi I have a client that needs a birthday cake for her grandma. She told me to whatever i want (which i hate when customers say that). She did however give me a list of her grandmas hobbies and told me to work with that. Her hobbies are photos, traveling, family, and scrapbooking. I am really stumped on how to put this all on sheet cake without it looking bad. I will be doing a 12*18 sheet cake. Any ideas on how to decorate this?

It is good that all of her hobbies go together theme-wise.  How about if you sculpted the sheet cake a bit to look like an open scrapbook with photos of the family on vacation?  You could do edible images of the family and mount them on fondant to look like photos from an older camera with those corner mounting things from the old days.

That's exactly what I was thinking too - you could lots of fun with scrapbook embellishments!
