Help help help

I have a cake due tomorrow and my peanut butter frosting keeps coming out greasy and thick

What can I do to prevent this

I'm running out of time to get the cake finished and delivered

Hi thank you!

I worked out that I was using a recipe that used too much peanut butter

I now use this recipe from taming twins and it's the perfect consistency

For the frosting
  • 175g Unsalted butter
  • 220g Icing sugar
  • 110g Smooth peanut butter

The best PB icing I have ever made is SMBC with peanut butter in it.

5 egg whites
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 heaping tablespoons peanut better

It is the BEST! So Yummy!
