How much would you charge if the bottom were a 2-layer 8in square?
Well, that would depend on what my ingredient costs were, how much time I put into it, whether or not it would be delivered, what my overhead expenses are, incidentals, prices in my area for similar cakes, etc. An 8" square is 32 servings. Just for the 8" square my price would be anywhere from $160 - $192.
