I would like some thoughts on the ease and all around preference of both Sugarveil and Cake Lace...I want to make some snowflakes for a cake in September but am torn as to which brand to use...Thoughts....Advice.....Recommendations....Experiences...

Thanks  ;-)

Cake Lace (Claire Bowman) is a far superior product.

A few montha ago we tried 6-7 different lace mixtures and mats, and Cake Lace won hands down. Her product and mats are far superior than any other lace products.

Squire's kitchen was at the bottom of the list, with Sugarveil second to last.

Cake Lace is a pricier product, but worth it!

Jedi Knight is right on.  Cake Lace has much better flexibility and far superior results.  I don't use anything else but Cake Lace - well, worth the price.
