Hi
i have just made a Motor Cross Helmet cake. After research I decided to use the 1/2 Corn Syrup 1/2 Alcohol recipe. I practised the night before. First attempt the glaze went "Blistery". So I waited for the fondant to dry more, it then seemed successful. When I applied to,the cake (which I had let dry). I still got the blistery look.
Any ideas?
