Hi first time decorateing and would love some advice put a picture of a similar cake at the bottom
i have chosen a 2 story cake can I put the fondant and ganache on the Thursday (cake is for the Saturday)?
It is a round cake with heart cutouts can I make the cutouts in advance and would I need them to dry around the cake pan so they are shaped to the cake when I stick them on?
also how will I need to store the cake once it is iced.
any other advice would be greatly excepted.
