I worked with sugar lace for the first time today...and I love it!

Bought my first mat and made some sugar lace from scratch thinking it will take some time to get the perfect recipe, exact drying time, know how to handle etc. No! It came out just perfect and was sooo easy. Why didn't I try it earlier? Nobody told my, lol!

The only thing I really dislike is the taste
