Does anyone have a tutorial recommendation for doing a cake in ganache prior to fondant.

These are just a few but they are all good.  Best thing is to watch a bunch and see which way works best for you.  There are also some great upside down method ones if you're interested in that as well.  I know Shawna McGreevy did one.
