Hi, I have been spending weeks looking for where I can get these exact containers and can't find them anywhere. Where are you in Canada? A lot would depend on your location.

Did you try contacting the company that sells the cupcakes?

I only ever see the cupcake containers for 6 which are similar to those.  I usually buy them from the bakery section of Loblaw's or Independant's but they only have the 6 section ones. At one time Bulk Barns carried the 6 section ones too. 

I am in Ottawa. I know  Patafies Moving Supplies on Belfast used to carry some speciality packaging but I don't know about these.

I get mine from a place called Plastic Container City.  I LOVE them because they have tons of selection AND - the best part for a hobby baker like me - you can order smaller quantities, not a full case.  They've always been fast and shipped quickly.  I'm posting their cupcake page, but they have tons of other items for baking, catering and storage.

They are based in New York, but DO have a special page referencing Canadian customers so they must handle enough requests to do that.

Thanks SquirrellyCakes, yes, I'm in Canada but I have a US address too so I can get stuff sent there if need be. Maybe I'll try asking the store if they'll sell them to me, but I'm sure it would be at a higher price than I could get from their wholesaler :-(

Thanks Patty. Yes, I've been on their website lots......they do have a good selection, just not what I'm looking for unfortunately. Their 12 cell dome container is perfect if it came in minis, but their mini domes only come in 24's :-(

The hunt continues

I thought that they had 12's and 24's in both standard and mini, so I did a search using "mini cupcake" and found some in the results page.  The smallest pack they're showing is pack of 25 though.  Not available as singles like other products.  There is a 6-cavity mini as well.

You mentioned dome containers though - these are flat, but might still be tall enough for you.  The first link has dimentions, and the second link says: "This container can hold mini cupcakes with extra frosting on top."

Yes I saw those....just not at all what I'm looking for.  I just don't know why they're so hard to find.

Thanks but the  ones on that page aren't what I'm looking for at all, unless that's the wrong page. What I'm looking for is in my original link....not just any 12 cell mini
