I have to make 15 dozen cookies for my niece's wedding AND a cake AND cupcakes. I want to get as much done ahead of time as I can.
I recently purchased Renshaw ready to roll fondant and was planning on putting that on the cookies and then decorating with a bit of RI and little pearls.
I have frozen decorated cookies in the past with no issues but never with Renshaw fondant. Has anyone done this? If so, did you individually package them before or after freezing?
