So, I know how to get that moist texture of cake and it does last as long as the cake is out of the fridge. After I put on the frosting and ice it with it, then put in the fridge, the cake starts getting tough and loses all the moisture in it.
I need some advice on what to do to keep the moisture of the cake for at least 2 days or something after refrigerating it.
