This is my first time using modeling chocolate for figurines. I have a figurine that is going on a cake for an outdoor party. It will be in a very shady pavilion, but it has been 90+ degrees here lately. For those of you who work with modeling chocolate, will my figurines be okay outside in the shade for a few hours? I have made everything several days ahead so it has had time to crust up a bit. Everyone please share if your cakes with modeling chocolate have been okay in the heat.

Thanks!
