I have a client who wants 3 separate (identical)  cakes for her daughters birthday, the biggest one of which will be a 12 inch. She is insistent that she does not want 3 tiers but rather individual cakes. I have tried to talk her out of this to no avail so I've come here for help. How to make a 12 inch 5 inches in height cake look gorgeous and not odd as big cakes sometimes do bc of the size. To top it of she wants it plain so I can't add too much detail. How many roses would I need to make it look like the decoration in in sync with the size of the cake? Or should I go with a different design and not flowers?

Any thoughts and help much appreciated.
