Hey guys, just wanted to vent to people that know about cakes...

I just graduated college and my parents threw me a party and I decided to make my cake. I decided to make a topsy turvy cake using boba tea straws and a large dowel for support. The cake looked great until I opened the box at the reception. Im not sure if the cake was to moist or something but the top two tiers slid off breaking the bottom tier in half. Needless to say, I will never use anything again but the SPS system which I have used for all of my cakes.

It's all fun and games until the tiers come sliding down.....sigh.

Mental note....look into SPS system before I have an adventure like this......
